Amity Shlaes is the author of four New York Times-bestselling works: The Forgotten Man: A New History of the Great Depression (Harper Perennial, 2008), The Forgotten Man: Graphic Novel (Harper Perennial, 2014), Coolidge (Harper Perennial 2014), and The Greedy Hand: How Taxes Drive Americans Crazy (Random House, 1999). She chairs the board of the Calvin Coolidge Presidential Foundation and serves as Presidential Scholar at the King’s College in New York City.
