James Wood

James R. Wood is the new instructor for Theology and Ministry at Redeemer University. He is scheduled to defend his doctoral thesis in theology at Wycliffe College on August 22. Previously he worked as an associate editor at First Things, a PCA pastor in Austin, TX, and a campus evangelist and team leader with Cru Ministries. His writings have appeared in various academic and popular publications, and they primarily focus on matters pertaining to political theology and ecclesiology. One of his most recent pieces was the widely-circulated article, ‘How I Evolved on Tim Keller,’ to which he wrote a follow-up at American Reformer: ‘This Article is not about Tim Keller: Interrogating Evangelistic Politics
