Rabbi Yehoshua Peffer is a community rabbi, rabbinical judge, and legal scholar. He teaches at Yeshivas Chedvas HaTorah and at Hebrew University, heads the Haredi division at The Tikvah Fund in Israel, and is the founder and editor-in-chief of the online journal “Tzarich Iyun.”
